1 - What is the shipping time?
Delivery time for domestic orders is 5 to 7 working days. For orders to other EU countries, delivery time can be extended up to 15 working days. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at tiendaneto@anetonatural.com.

2 - What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary according to weight and destination. For shipments in the peninsula, the costs will be free of charge from 12 liters in the product ordered.

3 - What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay with:
  • Credit or debit card
  • Paypal
  • Bank transfer

4 - Why do I have to put on my ID card?
Don't worry. We know it may seem strange to you, but this information is essential for us, since the Administration requires us to identify our buyers for tax purposes. 

5 - How do I request an invoice?
We will send you a physical copy together with the Product. Remember that the order confirmation sent by email is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.

6 - What do I do if I cannot log in to my user account?
If you have problems recovering your username and password, you can send an email to tiendaneto@anetonatural.com. We will solve it as soon as possible.
